Your early careers program
Our Sales and Marketing graduate programme is global in nature – wherever you’re based, you’ll benefit from the same outstanding training, development, and support. This is a wonderful chance to start learning and growing with us as you work on some exciting and challenging projects. In sales, there are opportunities to explore new channels for business decisions where you could gain broad exposure to a variety of sales verticals for delivering the right products and services to our customers. In marketing, you’re required to support brand and campaign execution, conducts market research, assists in digital and trade marketing activities, analyze performance data, and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
Early careers experience at bp
It is a 3-year programme, and the rotational structure of our program provides you with choice which means you’ll be challenged in many ways – all of which will build your confidence, expertise, and experience at pace, giving you the flexibility to eventually take your career in the direction that suits you best.
As a Sales and Marketing Graduate you...

- A degree in any business-related field is preferred.
Role and responsibilities
You are passionate about reimagining energy for people and our planet, are committed and adaptable and want to make a difference. You’ll have strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver results in a collaborative environment. You’ll be comfortable making courageous and bold decisions, have digital fluency, a keen eye for analytics and the insights they provide.
We know you’re early in your career – we don’t expect you to be an expert.
As a bp graduate, you will have an interest and/or skill in delivering economic value back to a business, identifying solutions and strategies resulting in cost savings and a natural negotiation style. Requirements
- To apply to this role, you will preferably need a 3.5 CGPA and above, or equivalent, in any Business-related fields or sales & marketing.
- You’ll also need to be in your final year of study or have graduated less than a year.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel will be added advantage.
- Ability to learn fast, multi-task and self-manage priorities.
- Engaging and collaborative way of working.
- Candidates that can join on 3rd August 2026 only will be considered.

You will be based in our Kuala Lumpur office.
