We are seeking an atypical performer to join our sales team. They will sell our IFS LeaseWorks solution to financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing new business and preferably a background in equipment financing. They will manage the entire sales process, which includes identifying and initiating new sales opportunities, securing meetings with prospects, delivering sales presentations, communicating value propositions of the solution, articulating the technological aspects of the solution via product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. Since the position requires understanding client needs and presenting complex solutions, excellent communication and listening skills are necessary. This role will report to Vice President, Sales Operations. This position will be located at our office in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remote.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and qualify key decision-makers
  • Schedule appointments with key decision-makers to advance opportunities
  • Understand the prospect's business environment and communicate our value proposition
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams, WebEx, or face-to-face meetings with clients
  • Understand the prospect's business environment and communicate our value proposition
  • Negotiate and close business to meet sales objectives

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in equipment financing
  • Experience with independent and/or captive finance companies, or banks
  • Experience working for a software company; Fintech experience is a plus
  • A proficiency in the areas of lease origination, servicing, and asset management
  • Proven success achieving sales goals selling to C-Level executives
  • Ability to source, identify, and develop new sales opportunities
  • Experience nurturing opportunities and closing the business 
  • Ability to diagnose prospect needs and build relationships through a consultative approach 
  • Proficiency in software configuration
  • Excellent presentation, communication, writing, negotiation, and listening skills  
  • Ability to quickly build credibility with an executive level audience 
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
