As an Account Executive supporting the LATAM market you will play a pivotal part in the growth team's success in scaling our prospective customer base, finding promising market needs, improving our customer acquisition funnel, and increasing the number of clients.
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle (prospecting → discovery → closing) with mid-market clients in Argentina and Latam.
- Conduct consultative discovery with C-level, Engineering Managers, and HR/L&D to assess AI adoption maturity and map use cases.
- Fluently explain technical concepts such as AI-assisted programming, LLMs, vector stores, RAG, and copilots, and translate them into business impact (time savings, faster development cycles, sales efficiency).
- Design tailored value propositions, including pilots and executive/technical training programs.
- Collaborate with the global team to scale insights and best practices from AI adoption in Europe into the Latam market.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (EdTech, SaaS, AI, consulting, or similar).
- Proven experience selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Knowledge of the AI/LLM ecosystem or the ability to confidently engage with CTOs and technical teams (coding not required, but understanding of AI-assisted development, ML, and AI for Business is key).
- Strong communication skills to connect with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Professional English for global team collaboration and materials.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in selling EdTech, SaaS, or digital transformation programs.
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies (SPIN, MEDDICC).
- Knowledge of use cases in AI for Sales, AI for Managers, or AI Adoption frameworks.
- Fully remote, and full-time collaboration in a contract based role.
- Compensation Plan: $3,000 - $4,000 Base Monthly Pay plus commission plan aligned with market standards.
