About the Role

We are seeking a Specialist Seller to join our Growth Sales organization. This role will play a pivotal part in driving customer adoption and revenue growth across Sinch’s strategic product portfolio, including Chatlayer, Conversational API, Sinch Engage, and Verification Products.

The Specialist Seller will partner closely with both the Growth and New Logo Sales Teams to deliver exceptional pre-sales engagement, product expertise, and deal support — ensuring seamless execution from discovery through contracting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with Growth and New Logo Account Executives to accelerate opportunities and deliver on revenue targets.
  • Discovery & Solutioning: Lead in-depth discovery sessions to identify customer challenges, align Sinch solutions, and build tailored value propositions.
  • Product Expertise & Demos: Serve as a subject matter expert, delivering compelling demos and positioning Sinch’s Conversational AI, Engage, Verification, and API solutions.
  • Contracting Support: Guide customers through pricing discussions, contracting processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Salesforce Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity management, pipeline forecasting, and documentation in Salesforce.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Provide reliable forecasts and contribute insights to business reviews and strategic planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product, and Sales Engineering teams to strengthen go-to-market initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS, communications, or martech sales (preferably with CPaaS, conversational AI, or messaging platforms).
  • Strong presentation and demo skills with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions.
  • Experience supporting Account Executives throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Certified sales methodology training (MEDDPICC or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
