About the team
At SumUp, weâve built our success on helping micro and small merchants thrive. As our merchant base grows in volume and complexity, weâre scaling a dedicated Account Management function for High-Value Merchants (HVMs).
This team manages the post-sales relationship with some of our most strategic merchants, acting as trusted advisors focused on retention, commercial growth, and multi-product adoption. Youâll work closely with leading businesses in France, spanning diverse sectors such as retail, hospitality, wellness, and more.
Weâre looking for commercially driven, relationship-oriented professionals ready to drive value, uncover opportunities, and contribute to long-term merchant success.
