Role Summary
LexisNexis Risk Solutions is offering an exciting opportunity to join a high performing sales team based in the Manila office. This role will be responsible for growing the book of business in Philippines through acquisition of new logos, upselling and cross selling of additional solutions to existing clients.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Activity
Responsible for growth of existing portfolio of clients and increase revenue spend per account
Plan and execute account plans and sales campaigns to deliver against target
Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to LNRS’ solutions
Relationship Management
Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers and influencers at assigned customer accounts
Drive referral based activities to expand opportunities within key accounts
Establish strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders within LNRS in order to develop and deliver bespoke customer solutions
Market Knowledge
Keep abreast of industry developments and derive the impact this would have on LNRS’ solutions
Monitor competitors’ activities and share with wider team regularly
Build a community within each account and externally with relevant market players, associations and authorities
Understand LNRS’ product roadmap and articulate future vision to clients
Required skills and experience that will lead to success
Bachelor's Degree Holder
More than 5 years in consultative solution sales at enterprise level
Prior experience in financial crime compliance, fraud or credit risk sector will be highly preferred
Proven track record in generating pipeline and meeting sales quota
Experience in managing complex senior relationships and working with different stakeholders within an account to increase revenue streams year-on-year
Strong account management and networking skills
Have a growth mindset, ability to listen, learn quickly and demonstrate initiative
Proven track record in generating pipeline and meeting sales quota
Additional for internal applicants:
Must be in current role for 1 year
Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months
Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 month
Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle
