Role Overview

越来越多的中国及海外的企业在Coupang销售，并希望通过Coupang开拓韩国市场，借助Coupang的广告解决方案打造品牌知名度，并不断提升销量。您对跨境电商行业的了解、您的广告营销知识，以及您的沟通技巧和分析能力，将对广告商的业务发展产生重大影响。作为Coupang Ads Sales Associate，您要了解我们提供的一系列广告解决方案如何协助客户实现业务发展目标，并利用自己的影响力和公关能力，为中国及海外企业提供广告解决方案，不断拓展新的广告客户，让他们的广告触达成千上万的目标消费者，此外，与广告客户构建立良好的关系，提供优质的客户服务，并积极帮助客户不断发展业务。

What You Will Do  

l 学习并深入了解Coupang广告解决方案

l 通过电话、邮件等方式追踪潜在广告客户，帮助客户投放Coupang广告

l 根据广告客户的目标提供以数据为依据的业务分析和建议，帮助优化广告效果

l 管理并维护广告客户，提升客户满意度及忠诚度

l 负责完成公司每月制定的销售任务

Basic Qualifications  

l 拥有本科或以上学历，或具备同等水平的实践经验

l 在跨境电商行业、市场营销、广告销售等方面，拥有至少 4年工作经验

l 有良好的表达能力及沟通说服技巧

l 有良好的抗压性及团队协作能力，性格开朗，工作积极热性，踏实肯干，敢于挑战困难

l 具备流利的英语和普通话听说读写能力

l 具备良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel等office软件

Preferred Qualifications  

l 熟悉零售/电子商务行业

l 熟悉韩国市场行情，或具有韩国留学、工作经验，能用韩语流利沟通

l 在广告销售和电商客户管理方面，拥有良好的过往表现

l 具备出色的商业洞察力、项目管理能力和问题解决能力
