About the Role

As an Agency Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and building strong partnerships with agency clients. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Your Impact

• Own the sales cycle: Develop leads, manage pipelines, negotiate, and close new business.
• Build lasting relationships: Engage and establish trust with senior agency stakeholders.
• Deliver value: Present IAS’s suite of measurement and optimization solutions, clearly demonstrating their benefits.
• Exceed targets: Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Collaborate for success: Work alongside Customer Success and colleagues to craft growth strategies and foster a supportive team environment.
• Maintain accountability: Keep CRM records accurate, attend meetings, and communicate proactively with teams and clients.

About You

• 3-5+ years’ experience in a full-cycle sales or Account Executive role, ideally within media, advertising, or ad tech.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and building senior-level relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with an analytical approach to understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborative, positive, and highly accountable team player.
