Job Description:
Government Sales Management: Drive sales in key government hospitals and medical colleges across Kolkata and other towns in West Bengal.
Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing teams and purchase departments in hospitals.
Demand Generation:
Generate demand and secure purchase orders for 3M C3SD products approved by the West Bengal Government.
Introduce proprietary 3M products in medical colleges to open new business opportunities.
Promotional Activities: Conduct In-Service Programs (ISPs) and other engagement initiatives to promote new best practices and clinical protocols in hospitals.
Channel Partner Management: Manage primary sales through dedicated government channel partners, ensuring smooth supply chain and compliance.
Distributor Development: Coach and train distributor sales teams to generate business in upcountry hospitals.
Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Healthcare or MBA in Marketing (preferred).
3–5 years of sales experience in medical devices, consumables, or pharma industry with exposure to government institutions.
Strong stakeholder management skills (nursing staff, doctors, purchase teams, and government bodies).
Proven ability in channel sales and distributor training.
Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal.
