Sales & Business Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets, identify potential clients, and generate leads.

 

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 

 

Promotions & Up-selling:

Actively promote F&B offerings, new menus, and special packages to customers and clients to maximize sales. 

 

Market Research:

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to support strategy development. 

 

Sales Coordination & Reporting:

Maintain records of sales activities, prepare reports on sales performance, and provide feedback to senior management. 

 

Collaboration: 

Work with marketing and product development teams to enhance F&B offerings and support sales initiatives.
