This role is key to driving business growth through non-face-to-face engagement with healthcare professionals, using phone, video, email, and digital platforms. You will work closely with Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to generate leads, drive conversions, and deliver exceptional customer experience. This is a fixed-term individual contributor position for 12 months.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Conduct remote sales activities using phone, video conferencing, and online tools to promote Medtronic products within assigned territories and accounts
Identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting and respond to inbound inquiries
Execute sales campaigns and product promotions tailored to customer needs and behaviors
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in Salesforce (CRM system) and ensure timely follow-up
Provide accurate product information, support virtual product demonstrations, and assist customers through the purchasing process
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including nurses, clinic staff, and procurement teams
Track and analyze customer feedback to improve outreach strategies and share market insights with Marketing and Business Units
Participate in cross-functional projects and eStore adoption and digital initiatives
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Completed Bachelor’s degree qualifications in any discipline
1- 3 years of Remote or Inside sales, or customer-facing experience role
Comfortable with non-face-to-face (remote) sales activities, including phone, video, and digital communication
Effective written and verbal communication skills Korea languages, preferred proficient in English
Computer (including CRM tools: Salesforce, digital communication platforms: Zoom, Teams Meeting) and MS Office proficient
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with minimal supervision
Experience using e-commerce or online order platforms in a B2B setting is highly regarded
Understanding of Korea’s healthcare system and buying process is a great plus
