About the Role 

 

We’re looking for two motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our B2B Campaigns team! As a B2B Campaigns Telesales Executive your primary role will be cold calling our large base of existing customers to follow up on digital marketing campaigns, promoting AL products and services. You will be required to make a minimum 75 calls per day/375 calls per week. You’ll be measured against individual targets to support the generous bonus scheme for this role.  

 

Location 

 

This role is based at our head office in Paddington (Mon-Fri 9am – 5:30pm) 

 

Reporting Lines 

 

This telephone-based role reports to the Sales Manager 

Main Accountabilities 

 

  • Following up specific digital marketing campaigns by proactively calling existing clients promoting a range of AL products and services. 
  • Persuasively engaging the customer in conversation to explain how AL services will add value and meet their needs. 
  • Accurately respond to client questions about current AL marketing campaigns 
  • Maintain detailed notes on CRM tool to support key performance reporting. 
  • Maintain working knowledge of AL products and keeps current on company developments. 
  • Generating leads and appointments for the sales team 

 

 

 

Requirements 

 

  • Results orientated approach, with a proven track record of successfully meeting telesales targets. 
  • Proactive with Lots of initiative, and the ability to think on your feet. 
  • Resilient with a positive attitude. 
  • Ability to generate a high volume of daily cold calls. 
  • Focused on individual performance and success.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
