Business Development Excellence Manager

• Lead and maintain the MCL BD operating model by establishing the necessary cadence within the MCL BD team for continued growth acceleration
• Support the establishment of a performance management structure and reporting for the MCL business
• Centralize MCL pipeline management and analysis, including SFDC hygiene, to ensure pipeline quality.
• Develop and foster a BD community to drive best practice and case study sharing.
• Serve as the anchor and owner of the MCL sales process, aligning with the wider commercial organization, i.e., LTA, OTC.
• Ensure compliance and standardization in tender management, RFI, RFP, & RFQ processes and promote the adoption of systems & tools including SFDC, LOOPIO, and Alex by the MCL BD team.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to develop GTM plans and drive adoption in the sales organization
• Perform white space/site utilization analysis and provide recommendations on focus areas in collaboration with Regional and Area BD team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• ​​5+ years of experience​​ in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Development, or a similar role focused on optimizing commercial performance.
• ​​Proven expertise​​ in designing and implementing performance management structures and reporting dashboards.
• ​​Strong experience​​ in driving process standardization and change management within a commercial organization.
• ​​High proficiency​​ with CRM systems (SFDC is essential) and sales tools (e.g., LOOPIO, Alex).
• ​​Excellent project and program management skills,​​ with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• ​​Superior stakeholder management and influencing skills,​​ with the ability to engage and align a wide range of internal partners (e.g., Sales, Finance, Leadership) and external stakeholders.
• ​​Full professional proficiency​​ in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
