Key product:

Structural adhesives, Glass bonding adhesives, Battery application for auto applications.

Scope of customers:

Automotive OEMs, component suppliers and distributors, related to adhesive application

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop project pipelines to capture new growth opportunities and meet revenue target, especially focusing on automotive battery pack applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and departments among key Korean OEM/Tiers.
• Investigate market trends, customer insights and competition and feedback internally.
• Lead development project and expand to global scope by collaborating with cross regional/functional team.
• Regularly update business plan by closely collaborating with cross functional team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, with Chemistry, Material and Engineering preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, automotive/battery/adhesive industry is preferred.
• Experience in project management is preferred.
• Agility, proactive, aggressive, result oriented and strong sense of ownership.
• Proven interpersonal skills in building relationships internally as well as externally.
• Proficient in Korean and English.
• Willing to travel locally
