Summary
Are you a commercial tiger with an entrepreneurial spirit? Are you strategic yet opportunistic? Are you adept at making connections and building trust? If so, we want you to join our EMEA team. We need someone who is driven and can recognize opportunities/leads for potential new business. You'll help nurture business relationships and have more-relevant conversations with prospects that will result in higher conversions and more business. You'll be one of the faces of the company, so having a professional and credible presence is a must.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned appointment and revenue targets.
- Prospecting and building organic pipeline within designated targets.
- Nurturing relationships with targeted prospects via various communications channels including social media and email.
- Leading prospect follow-up, arranging calls/meetings with prospects and managing multiple business development engagements.
- Researching prospects to identify targets for outbound activities.
- Provide support for local marketing events.
- Participate in strategic development of territory and accounts.
Required Education & Experience
Self-starter, accountable, driven, ethical, hard-working, personable and persistent, and work well independently as well as with a team. Preferably have a degree in business, marketing or communications, proven experience in a business development role in professional services.
Experience with marketing, advertising or agency experience is helpful but not required. Must be results driven, persistent, and professional. Be prepared to gain OneStream product knowledge.
Knowledge & Experience
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a business development role in professional services.
- Experience with marketing, advertising or agency experience is helpful but not required.
- Fluent in English.
- College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Financial or Accounting background helpful.
