At LastPass, the Business Development team is a dynamic, mission-driven group at the core of our growth strategy. We’re a global team, united by our passion for driving top-of-funnel success and building a high-quality, repeatable pipeline. Our team thrives in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment where innovation, collaboration, and impact are key. We work closely with Account Executives and Marketing partners to strategize and execute go-to-market initiatives, all while celebrating achievements and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Who will you work with?
Please note: While this position is remote, we prefer candidates who can work ET hours to ensure alignment with business needs.
You’ll be part of a high-performing sales team focused on the fast-growing Identity segment, selling into Commercial accounts. You’ll collaborate with BDRs, Identity Specialists, Customer Success, Marketing, and Solutions Consultants, while also partnering with senior leadership to shape strategy and drive impactful outcomes.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. In addition to the base pay, this position will have commission. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
