THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking a talented Renewals Business Development Representative to join our rapidly growing team! In this role, you will reach out to many prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn. This new team will play a critical role in driving customer retention and revenue growth through a more focused and proactive engagement strategy. The team will report into our Sales Development function, but will stay closely aligned to the customer success team. This role will require approximately 25% travel as part of the role.
