We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations and support our sales team in various tasks.  

 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • New Client Onboarding: Assist Fiels Sales Team for acceleration onboarding completion (e.g. form Info preparation and loading)
  • Pipeline Management: Support Field Sales Team in optimize prospect pipeline management providing insights useful for improvement action plan
  • Presentation Preparation: Support the preparation of presentations for team and channel Business Reviews, ensuring clear and impactful communication of key metrics and strategies.
  • Risk & Control Management: Help coordinate and manage escalation cases supporting Team in ensuring timely and effective resolution. 

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Interest in sales operations or a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proactive problem-solving skills

Duration: 6 months internship + with potential 6 months renewal 

Hours: 39 hours per week
