PTC Korea is looking for talented, motivated Channel Sales Account Managers to help expand our reach and deliver real business value to customers who are embracing Industry 4.0. You will play a crucial role in translating PTC’s value proposition into tangible results for our customers in Korea’s manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Your Impact

  • Drive sales activities for a defined list of existing and prospective accounts by collaborating closely with Channel Sales Representatives to position and sell PTC’s industry-leading portfolio.
  • Understand and address customer challenges as they implement digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain an environment where PTC sales teams and partners can effectively co-sell.
  • Communicate proactively with Channel Managers and the global partner team, providing regular updates on partner program status and execution.
  • Support the growth of the partner ecosystem by sharing best practices, ensuring alignment with PTC’s standards, and strengthening partner relationships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular sales calls and onsite visits to discover new opportunities and expand pipelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers to establish long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with the partner ecosystem, including resellers and system integrators.
  • Coordinate effectively within PTC’s internal matrix organization, collaborating with channel managers, product specialists, technical experts, and customer success teams.
  • Expand strategic relationships by growing existing engagements and winning new business units.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from identifying business needs and crafting a competitive value proposition to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Accurately forecast and assess revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze and understand the internal business processes of prospective clients.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong sales acumen and a disciplined, results-driven approach.
  • High resilience, self-motivation, and strong integrity.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute effectively to achieve business goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
  • Strong communication skills to report on partner program status to Channel Managers and collaborate closely with the global partner team.
  • Ability to build a co-selling environment that drives collaboration between partners and PTC’s sales teams.
  • Experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) models is a plus.
  • Over 5 years of successful sales experience in enterprise software/solutions, especially in PLM, ALM, and SLM.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in software sales, preferably with channel sales experience in Korea and familiarity with partner collaboration across regional markets.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet partners and customers.
