Motive is building a world-class Business Development Representative (BDR) program to accelerate the development of high-performing talent for Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Account Executive (AE) positions. This initiative is designed to strategically expand Motive's reach into untapped market segments strategically, driving sustained business growth and fostering future sales leadership.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Motive, you will play a crucial role in generating early-stage sales activity and enriching our pipeline for the CMR segment (CFS 10-49).
