1.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CONSULTING & COMMUINCATION SKILLS
Manage the timely delivery of projects through developing project plans and monitoring progress against them
Effectively communicate status updates to the stakeholders regarding progress
Meet and engage with clients and get an understanding of their existing processes, business needs, challenges, and objectives
Conduct discovery meetings to gather requirements and understand client sustainability processes.
Determine and document client requirements for new solutions
Provide guidance to clients on best practices
Contribute to the design of solutions, including adherence to best practices
Demonstrate high understanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternatives and providing recommendations
Conduct workshops and interviews to gather requirements for Salesforce implementations or enhancements
Deliver systems training to clients and internal teams.
Maintain a chargeability level with billable hours to external clients.
Travel as required based on client needs.
Assist with the development and delivery of proposals, demonstrations and presentations for new client opportunities
Build relationships with existing clients and use your understanding of their business to identify further opportunities for consulting
Contribute to the teams’ process improvements initiatives and strategy
Lead and support Salesforce Net Zero Cloud implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Design and deliver scalable solutions using Salesforce declarative tools
Oversee Configuration of Salesforce to align with client needs, including the set up objects, fields, workflows, process automations and other features. Additionally, developing custom solutions using declarative tools such as Flow and other development tools when necessary
Ensure the Creation and maintenance of documentation for solutions, including requirements documents, design specifications, user guides, and training materials
Oversee testing of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure quality and reliability
Identify risks and mitigation strategies, supporting change management efforts.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
Salesforce Admin certifications
3-6 years of experience with Salesforce and multiple end-to-end implementations.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle, and key Salesforce development tools and technologies
Deep understanding of Salesforce object model, metadata, configuration, and permissions.
Experience with Salesforce UI, Flow, and frontends.
Familiarity with security and user permission models in multi-org settings.
Ability to work across roles and teams, can work independently in the presence of ambiguity, ability to communicate, comfort speaking in front of clients
Manage competing deadlines, multiple projects simultaneously and conflicting priorities
Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written) is required.
Salesforce certifications
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Net Zero Cloud.
Strong API design and system architecture experience.
Experience with using enterprise development practices (CI/CD, source control, release management).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Design and deliver systems training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective adoption and knowledge transfer.
