We are seeking a Customer Success Consultant (Polish/English speaker) to join our team and support our growing customer base.
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they achieve successful outcomes through adoption, retention, and growth. You will guide new customers through onboarding, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and value.
This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for helping customers succeed.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
B2/C1 level of English language.
B2/C1 level of Polish language.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience in onboarding new clients and managing long-term relationships.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams.

What would you be doing in the role?
Focus on enhancing successful customer outcomes including adoption, retention, and growth, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Process onboarding activities for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of our products.
Identify and recommend upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to close deals.
Provide bespoke demonstrations, presentations, and documentation to support renewals and new sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, through consistent communication and collaboration.
Track and prioritize customer-related activities to ensure effective management and follow-up.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings, contributing to company visibility and customer engagement.
About the team
You’ll be joining a diverse and independent team of 15 professionals. The team is structured to support autonomy while providing strong onboarding and learning support. Our main customer base are research institutions in academia, government, and the corporate markets, of all sizes. Each consultant covers a given territory within the region and works closely with sales colleagues and the product teams we support.

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
