We are hiring for a Customer Success Representative to join our growing team at Ampliphi in Montreal!

Ampliphi is an AI-powered revenue management solution for Smarter Hotel Pricing. Our AI-driven platform helps hotels optimize pricing, boost profitability, and simplify operations, effortlessly.

As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the trusted partner for our hotel clients, ensuring they realize the full value of Ampliphi. You’ll guide them from onboarding to adoption, proactively helping them achieve their revenue goals and maximize the return on their investment. You will be their advocate inside Ampliphi, bridging feedback between customers, product, and sales teams to continuously improve the platform and customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping hospitality professionals succeed through technology.

You will play a key role in supporting Ampliphi’s rapid growth by fostering long-term relationships, increasing product usage, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere within commutable distance of our office in Saint-Laurent, Montreal, working in a hybrid work model!  

What your day will look like:

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and impactful start
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients (service, sales, admin leaders)
  • Provide proactive support and issue resolution, managing tickets and client feedback
  • Monitor account health and identify growth opportunities within your accounts
  • Serve as the bridge between clients and product/tech teams, advocating for user needs
  • Conduct training sessions, best practice reviews, and usage optimization calls
  • Help shape how Ampliphi is adopted and scaled across its clients
  • Educate clients on AI-powered capabilities, driving adoption and confidence in the tech

About You:

  • 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, ideally within a SaaS or hospitality technology company
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and retention strategies
  • Experience supporting B2B customers, preferably in hotel operations, revenue management, or pricing analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to simplify complex concepts and engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • Passionate about hospitality and how technology can transform the guest experience and business performance
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to evolving customer needs
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, Intercom) is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills - capable of managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Fluent in English (French proficiency is a strong asset)
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
