The Digital Client Success Manager (DCSM) will ensure the long-term success, adoption, and retention of customers in a digital-first, one to many model. This role blends proactive customer engagement with automation, data insights, and scalable programs to drive adoption and expansion. The successful candidate will design and manage digital touchpoints, coordinate group learning opportunities, and partner closely with Account Managers to retain and grow customer accounts.
