RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with agile pod teams to support the development of market-ready solutions that will be implemented for clients, leveraging agile methodologies to iterate, refine, and scale offerings based on business needs and market demand.
Analyze existing sales processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains.
Advise clients on modernizing sales processes, sales transformation strategies, and technologies to improve business performance.
Develop and implement sales process improvement initiatives that align with evolving market dynamics and customer expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and finance, to align sales transformation initiatives with broader business goals.
Support the recommendation and deployment of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.), AI-driven insights, and sales enablement tools to enhance productivity.
Support clients to successfully adopt new technologies, methodologies, and workflows through training, communication, and leadership buy-in.
Use analytics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales transformations and continuously optimize sales performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience sales strategy, process improvement, or related roles, with a proven track record of leading successful sales transformations.
Understanding of process mapping, lean process improvement methodologies, and/or reliability methodologies.
Preferred experience in distributed energy models, retail energy markets, and emerging customer acquisition strategies.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive alignment and decision-making at all levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate recommendations into clear, compelling narratives.
Experience working in small, agile teams, with the ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in virtual and distributed teams, working across time zones and geographies using digital communication and project management tools.
Experience facilitating workshops, client meetings, and co-design sessions to align stakeholders and refine solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

The estimated base salary for this job is $140,000 - $170,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $161,000 - $212,500 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
