About the role:

As a Director of Partner Success, you are responsible for the overall health, retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities across our large Enterprise Tier 1 publisher accounts. You’ll bring a team player attitude, evangelize in OpenWeb’s mission, and translate your passion for Partner Success into every touchpoint with your partners. This is an individual contributor role with the potential to transition into a player-coach position over time.
You’ll interact with senior leadership internally and externally, and play an important role in overall partner advocacy.

The compensation package for the Sr. Director/VP of Partner Success role includes an annual salary ranging between $150,000- $170,000 (based on candidate’s experience and skill set). Additionally, this role is eligible for quarterly commissions, equity and benefits including:
