Main Mission of Job

• コールセンターでの外部顧客サポート/営業事務業務になります。
   

Main Responsibilities
“A Day in the Life”　

• 外部顧客(医療機関・代理店・患者様など)からの第二窓口となり、第一窓口(アウトソーシング)のフォロー対応 、及び営業/他部署への取次ぎを行う
• 上記サービス全般における事務処理作業
• 自部署内の業務改善による品質向上とプロセス効率化
• 内部顧客満足のためのチーム内、業務改善立案、プロジェクトマネジメント

Must Haves

Job Experience

• 営業事務経験または類似した業務経験

Skills/Knowledge

• 高い対人能力・コミュニケーション能力（営業や代理店、関連部署と円滑で密なコミュニケーションをとることができる）
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint）
   

Education

• 学士以上 (学部・学科は問わない)

Nice to Haves

Job Experience

• コールセンター（スーパーバイザー）経験

Skills/Knowledge

• 英語力：社内の英文メールや、英文でのオンライントレーニングについて、翻訳ツール等を用いてもよいので内容を理解して求められる対応/作業ができること

Place to Work

• 全国（品川オフィスへの出社の可能性もあり）

Working Style

• リモートワーク可能（業務のほとんどを在宅で行うことが可能。就業場所も問わないため、全国どこからでもご応募可

• 就業時間9:00-17:30 (昼休憩1h)
