We are seeking an experienced and proactive EC Sales professional to lead sales efforts and maximize revenue for our font service EC site. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fonts and typography while utilizing web marketing and sales strategies to grow MTF sales, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize customer engagement.
What you’ll be doing:
Sales Enablement & Upselling: Provide information to ES, SMB, and other development departments to facilitate upselling of LETS users. Acquire and process data, including company size and annual sales volume, and provide this enhanced information to relevant teams to drive MTF sales.
Efficient EC Project Management: Execute projects under $4K through EC to free up time for ES and SMB teams, allowing them to focus more on MTF sales and overall business development. Revenue Baseline & Growth: Secure existing sales from LETS and other services, ensuring a stable sales baseline (approx. $4 million), while continuously working to expand revenue streams and achieve growth targets for MTF.
Website Planning & Improvement: Analyze website data, implement SEO strategies, and improve UI/UX to create a seamless and engaging website experience for customers.
Online Advertising & Campaigns: Develop and implement targeted advertising strategies, driving traffic to the EC site and increasing sales.
Data-Driven Marketing Proposals: Use data analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities, proposing and executing improvements that lead to better results.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience in web marketing.
2+ years of experience in managing and operating EC sites.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website access analysis.
Basic understanding of website creation and management. o Native-level Japanese communication skills.
Experience with web marketing in B2B SaaS companies.
Business-level English communication skills.
Strong interest in fonts, typography, and design.
