Eaton's North American Sales division is currently seeking a Ecommerce National Account Manager. This hybrid role can be located in one of the following cities: Beachwood, OH, Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Menomonee Falls, WI, Moon Township, PA, and Woodridge, IL.
The E-commerce Sales Manager will be responsible for the leadership and Go-To-Market of the Eaton Distributed IT nationwide strategy within eCommerce. This leader is tasked with the achievement of sales plan goals, ensure customer intimacy and satisfaction, drive market share gains, and ensure the effective ROI of sales and marketing investment strategies with their assigned accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth in an e-commerce environment. Additionally, the role involves developing pricing strategies and determining whether products should be sold directly to Amazon or through third-party resellers.

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $142,500-$209,000.
