A day in the life.

As our Account Manager II on the Employee Health & Benefits​ team, you'll be responsible for managing and developing client relationships within the employee health and benefits sector. This role involves overseeing the administration of health and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic guidance to clients to enhance their employee benefits offerings. Additionally, the Client Manager assists the production team in servicing new and existing accounts, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or account management, preferably in a brokerage or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of health and benefits regulations and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
