Qualifications, Skills and Competencies Required
- Enterprise B2B Sales Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in enterprise tech or SaaS sales with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
- Tech Fluency & AI Insight: Comfortable navigating conversations around AI, security, data privacy, hosting, and technical architecture.
- Partner Ecosystem Experience: Demonstrated experience collaborating with strategic partners in the context of digital transformation initiatives.
- Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to engage with and influence multiple stakeholders, including C-suite, using a solution oriented and value-based sales approach.
- Informal Leadership: A natural influencer who contributes to team success by mentoring peers and driving best practices—without needing formal authority.
- Resilience & Drive: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and planning capabilities with a focus on pipeline progression and forecast accuracy.
- Proven track record in New Business and Account Management is a must. Experience within the Finance and Insurance sector is a merit.
Responsibilities
- Full Sales Cycle Leadership: Own and manage complex Enterprise high-value sales cycles—guiding customers from discovery to deal closing, where being able to paint the vision and C-level executives alignment is key.
- Territory Development: Build and execute your own pipeline strategy to exceed revenue targets and drive sustainable growth within your market.
- Lead Through Influence: Demonstrate self-leadership and serve as an informal leader across teams, customers, and partners.
- AI Evangelism: Articulate Boost.ai’s full value proposition through live product demos, tailored presentations, and executive-level engagements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, sales development, and customer success to ensure excellence throughout the customer journey.
- Deal Strategy & Negotiation: Apply structured methodologies such as MEDDICC and Value Selling to navigate complex deal environments and close BIG.
- Customer Engagement: Host client meetings, speak at industry events, and maintain a visible presence on digital platforms as a trusted advisor in Agentic AI.
