Are you an undergraduate looking for a rewarding and exciting placement year with ESPN?
As an ESPN Content Sales Intern, you will be supporting the ESPN media distribution team with the sales of live sports and the ESPN programming catalogue, including their 30for30 documentaries to broadcasters across EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa).
The day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with contractors and commercial clients to ensure that key materials are being delivered on time and that deadlines are being met. You will assist on the creation of internal and external pitch and presentation documents and take full responsibility for coordinating the monthly bill run with the finance team. You will also develop a strong understanding on how to work across sports broadcasting rights contracts, and occasionally, you will be asked to conduct research on certain sport properties and license deals.
This internship is integral to the efficient operation of the team and requires a strong communicator with good organisational skills. The role is a great opportunity to work in the sports media business with first-hand experience of working at a leading worldwide media company.
This is an office-based internship. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).
Eligibility
Must be a second-year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2027
Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
Available to start working full time from June 2026 for 12 months

A passion for sports and sports media
Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
Strong MS Office skills
