The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Sales Operations organization is seeking an Experienced Sales Performance Analyst in Seattle, Washington.

The Sales Performance Analyst position is key to enhancing the operational efficiency and success of the sales organization through data-driven insights, strategic support, and process optimization. This role involves consolidating and tracking sales across all BGS business units and regional teams, ensuring accurate reporting in collaboration with finance. Responsibilities include tracking key performance metrics, managing projects, and utilizing digital tools to improve processes, decision-making, and sales performance visibility. The role works closely with Sales Operations, Regional Account Sales, and other business units to improve internal processes, drive compliance, and provide senior leadership with actionable reports and executive-level presentations. Additionally, the position involves setting quarterly and annual sales targets, performing data analysis, building data visualizations, and enhancing information flow through Salesforce processes. A strong candidate will excel in analytical, operational, and communication skills, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development of Services sales order forecasts and long-range business planning
  • As a result of business needs identified by management, populate business data systems in a timely manner for use in strategic and tactical decision-making
  • Develop and improve databases
  • Possesses systems thinking knowledge and experience to influence best practices and process management
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrates analytical competence to collect, analyze, synthesize, and integrate data
  • Must be self-motivated and complete complex tasks with minimal direction; attention to detail is critical
  • Ensures follow-up action for issue resolution. Forward thinker who anticipates leaders’ needs and requests
  • Show confidence, professionalism, and leadership ability to facilitate executive leadership meetings and drive out assigned action items
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced environment with quick-turn deadlines
  • Works independently with senior executives and managers to collaborate on projects, create solution proposals, present and collect information, and execute based on a set plan. Serves as an organization representative or leader on cross-functional teams that may include executives
  • Ability to take complex projects and/or issues and provide simplified solutions for cross-functional teams to carry out.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 4+ years’ experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
    3+ years’ experience with program/project management and/or leading projects in a cross-functional environment
  • 3+ years of experience in business capture, global sales and marketing or a related field
  • Advanced Data Analysis Experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with financial analysis, planning, and forecasting
  • Experience supporting a Digital Solutions Software Business
  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools in a business environment
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Tableau
  • Experience with VBA and Python coding

Summary pay range: $115,600 - $156,400
