What are we looking for?
- 1. Experienced field manager with strategy and priority development capabilities;
- 2. Experienced in sales force organization development; effective leadership skills;
- 3. University education, min. 10 years sales experience with min 5 years in China; experience in FMCG products;
- 4. Has a winning and resilient attitude;
- 5. Has modern trade and traditional trade as well as Dt management experience;
- 6. Good in change leadership and in management;
- 7. Has the passion to win and deliver execution excellence;
- 8. Set high standards and be proactive in making things happen
What will be your key responsibilities?
- 1. Lead to develop an effective sales force and implement right Route-To-Market strategies capable of delivering execution excellence and core competence in both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade in the assigned region.
- 2. Take lead of DT recruitment and development strategy, design DT structures and business coverage model, secure win-win cooperation with DT
- 3. Achieve the agreed sales, distribution, market and in-store presence, freshness, collection, expense control targets for the assigned region
- 4. Lead, communicate and enforce Mars Confectionery policy, culture, sales vision, direction, objectives, strategy, focus, priorities and programs in their entirety to the assigned region’s sales team.
- 5. Achieving target GSV and related KPIs of assigned territory by leading and managing the frontline sales force.
- 6. Holding regular business review with the sales team on at least a weekly basis. Taking immediate actions in response to the changing business environment and deviations in the execution.
- 7. Manage provincial P&L and deliver assigned NSV target
- 8. Organization building measured by implementation of succession plan as well as Gallup
- 9. Strategy propose and implementation;
- 10. Project management measured by the output vs. objectives
