Position: Field Sales Representative New Accounts
Location: Brazil - Remote

In this role, you will be responsible for growing new, prospective Trimble Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Owner (AECO) software accounts. The Field Sales Representative - New Logo Accounts will be responsible for prospecting and developing new leads, discovering prospective customer needs, uncovering pain points, and demonstrating how Trimble can address their critical business needs. You will help prospective customers through the complete buying process, working collaboratively with our product sales executives and solutions engineers.
Responsibilities:
Required to travel 50% within Brazil. Travel includes customer visits, trade shows, user meet-ups, company required events, etc
Keep up with product information, enhancements, industry updates, and corporate communications. Essential to collaborate with our product sales and product marketing.
Identifying, researching, and developing leads for Trimble AECO software subscription products. Emphasis will be placed on building rapport and relationships through routine client site visits, and converting new sales targets. Research, develop, and maintain long and short range sales and territory plans
Communicating with prospective customers through a variety of channels including routine client site visits, and converting
Understanding customer’s needs and matching those needs to our unique value proposition through prospect interaction (client visits, email/phone communication). Responsible for developing and maintaining a sufficient pipeline to meet corporate goals.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets (quota)
Required Skills:
mid level experience successfully selling software solutions across multiple cross-functional groups
Advanced level of English. (B2 level minimum)
Understanding of a complex sales cycle.
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed an annual quota.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proficient in Salesforce CRM or other similar solutions
Proficient in Google Suite products or Microsoft Office tools.
Selling capabilities that showcase your ability to formulate a strategy, build customer relations, effectively deliver a value proposition, negotiate contracts, and successfully win enterprise business.
Strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Priority will be given to applicants with prior construction industry experience and/or software sales within the construction industry.
Experience with BIM, CAE, CAD or related technology.
Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Demonstrated history of executing a complex sales cycle.
