We are looking for a results-driven Global Agency Account Executive to manage client relationships while actively driving revenue growth. This hybrid role combines strategic account management with direct sales responsibilities, including meeting or exceeding a defined sales quota. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, skilled at identifying client needs and delivering tailored marketing solutions that generate measurable results.

What you’ll be doing:

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly global sales quotas.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts and agency networks.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Present proposals, campaign plans, and performance reports to clients.

Campaign Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, digital) to execute campaigns.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates on account status, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales or account executive role, preferably in agency setting.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Gong).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
  • Strategic thinking with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
