Cintra, part of the PSSG, is a fast paced and fast-growing company with our award winning software providing payroll solutions for over 1500 clients. We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our Sales and Marketing department, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual and creative direction of our marketing efforts across the entire PSSG Group of companies. You will report directly to the Senior Content and Communications Manager.
This role is based in Newcastle upon Tyne, with the option to work from our modern offices at Hoults Yard or remotely from anywhere in the UK, with the expectation of attending the Newcastle office once a month.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll take the lead in creating high-quality visual assets that bring our brand and messaging to life. You’ll be responsible for designing everything from sales decks and brochures to social media graphics and website pages, ensuring each piece is visually engaging, on-brand, and aligned with our marketing goals. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business to turn ideas into compelling designs, maintain and evolve our Figma design system, and develop reusable templates that empower others to stay visually consistent. You’ll also play a key role in shaping and growing our visual identity, contributing to a brand that stands out and connects with our audience.
