Role Overview:
As the Sales Client Partner in Payer at Fractal Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with Clients in the US to drive Demand generation, Growth, Scaling client experience and in turn drive growth for payer practice. Your primary responsibility will be excellent Client acquisition, growing the vertical, managing account metrics, strategic client relationship management and driving thought leadership in action.

  • As a Consulting leader, you will be expected to provide best in the class domain and analytics leadership to his/her team.

  • Insights, impact, and innovation delivered to clients measured by metrics like NPS, innovative solutions created, positive impact on KPIs critical to client. 

  • Drive profitable growth through managing client acquisitions, client growth and every associated metrics while ensuring complete client satisfaction. 

 

You will be responsible for: 

  • Leading GTM strategy for the payer segment 

  • Building and expanding executive-level client relationships 

  • Taking ownership of client acquisition and growth 

  • Acting as an embedded growth leader — proactively identifying and converting new opportunities 

  • Coaching a high-performing team to exceed expectations 


Responsibilities  

  • Independently drive (Deliver & Grow) to $10MN+ annual revenue in sales and account management for Fortune 500 clients 

  • Acquire and grow strategic relationships with payer clients as their executive point of contact 

  • Lead end-to-end consulting engagements - from discovery to delivery - ensuring business value is realized 

  • Collaborate with solutioning, AI, cloud engineering, partnerships, and delivery teams to develop innovative client-specific solutions 

  • Develop, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales teams with a focus on initiative, ownership, and growth mindset 

  • Hungry to grow client relationship globally with the right systems, processes and team structures 

  • Represent the full Fractal portfolio, demonstrating expertise in AI, Engineering & Design, Behavioral sciences, and analytics solutions. 

  • Build in-depth knowledge of client business priorities, challenges, and initiatives, translating these into actionable opportunities and develop comprehensive account plans aligned with organizational goals and client strategies to drive QBRs, MBRs 

  • Excellent navigator of complex ecosystems across clients in matrix organization, managing people dynamics at senior levels, resolving escalations 

  • Drive proposal development and client presentations using the latest and greatest, actively contributing to business development efforts.  

  • Play an integral role in the payer practice, aligning AI initiatives with broader organizational goals and closely collaborating with internal stakeholders.  

  • Act as a long-term strategic partner, contributing to the overall growth and success of the practice. 

Qualifications  

  • 20+ years proven track record of success in client acquisition, growing Analytics for Fortune 500 payer clients 

  • 10+ years minimum experience consulting with Fortune 500 payer clients 

  • 10+ years minimum fluency in driving AI initiatives and deliverables for Fortune 100 clients 

  • Deep understanding of Gen AI, Cloud engineering knowledge (AWS or Azure or GCP) to complement scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems  

  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent storytelling abilities, map client challenges to Fractal's capabilities and link them to business outcomes, engage with CXOs, VPs, Senior Directors 

  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals. 

  • Strong partnership management with direct reports and indirect reports across the horizontals and verticals in Fractal to drive successful collaboration, delivery excellence and cohesive account focus 

  • Ability to think on your feet, comfortable with ambiguity, and effective in a cross-functional environment. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders. 

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth and identify opportunities for expansion.  

  • Experience with proposal development and client presentations is a must  

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. 

  • Humility to accept mistakes and improve, hunger to contribute beyond the job description, drive an aligned team by continuous communication and alignment top-down and bottoms-up  

Education 

  • Post graduate degree in a quantitative discipline from a reputed institute.

Pay: 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needsThe disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filledAt Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each caseA reasonable estimate of the current range is: $200,000 - $280,000/annual. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the CompanyIn addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
