We are looking for a commercially driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative (Associate III) to join our growing Dow Jones OPIS sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships across the APAC region, focusing on a defined set of chemicals and/or energy market intelligence solutions.
As an experienced sales professional, you will bring a deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle, especially in information services or SaaS environments, and possess the ability to navigate complex buying processes.

Own the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned leads and accounts — from prospecting, qualifying, and needs discovery to closing.
Develop and execute a territory and account plan to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Manage inbound leads and actively drive outbound efforts to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
Understand and clearly communicate the value proposition of OPIS products and services to prospective customers, aligning solutions to their business needs.
Conduct high-impact discovery and solution-selling conversations with both technical and business decision-makers.
Forecast and track sales performance accurately in Salesforce and provide regular reporting on pipeline, activity, and results.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and ensure high customer retention.
Maintain deep awareness of competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments.
4–7 years of inside sales, B2B business development, or account management experience, ideally in information services, SaaS, or the chemical/energy sectors.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex customer needs across different industries and use cases.
High level of ownership, organization, and initiative; able to manage multiple sales cycles concurrently.
Comfortable engaging with clients via phone, video, email, and digital channels across different markets in APAC.
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and familiarity with the sales reporting process.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and influence senior stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Economics, or related field is preferred
Knowledge or prior experience in the chemicals and/or energy markets is a strong plus.
Proficiency in English is required
