We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative that will be based remotely within the US.
Description:
Responsibilities:
- An Inside Sale Representative's primary objective is to increase sales revenue via outbound calls.
- Partner with Advanta leaders and align on industries and specific companies to target.
- Conduct daily outbound calls to introduce Siemens Advanta’s services and value proposition to secure meetings for Advanta leaders.
- Research assigned target accounts to gather intelligence and prepare for effective conversations.
- Daily reach outs to cold contacts.
- Setting up appointments with VP and C-level executives.
- Providing updates on schedules.
- Identify new sales opportunities and gather customer feedback.
- Maintain a structured call log to track conversations, outcomes, and follow up actions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to their inquiries, and resolving issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in low-voltage switchgear technology.
- Assist and support marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and demand generation.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams to improve offerings.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience will be considered
- 2 + years of experience with intent data B2B database and Go-to-market intelligence platforms
- Ability to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency specific to persistence in cold calling new account targets
- Proven ability to open doors and quickly build trust at the executive level at target clients
- Creative thinking to apply new ideas spontaneously to overcome objections and barriers
- Ability to research and quickly translate information into action
- Works well on a team, and has gravitas and executive communications skills
- Self-motivated and target driven

- The pay range for this position is $60,000-$78,000 and the annual incentive target will be 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
