インサイドセールス担当者(ISR)は営業部門に所属し、チャネルパートナーと緊密に連携しながら、法人顧客を対象とした営業活動を行います。
本ポジションは、SDRおよびISRの両方の役割を担うことが求められます:
SDRとしては、マーケティング部門から提供されるTQL(電話で精査されたリード)の管理に責任を持ちます。
ISRとしては、見積書の作成や商談の進行など、さまざまな活動を通じて担当地区の売上(Booking)に貢献します。
また、ISRはBusiness Value Selling(BVS)の手法を活用し、商談を効果的に進展させ、成約へと導くことが期待されます。
