職務概要
インサイドセールス担当者（ISR）は営業部門に所属し、チャネルパートナーと緊密に連携しながら、法人顧客を対象とした営業活動を行います。
本ポジションは、SDRおよびISRの両方の役割を担うことが求められます：
-
SDRとしては、マーケティング部門から提供されるTQL（電話で精査されたリード）の管理に責任を持ちます。
-
ISRとしては、見積書の作成や商談の進行など、さまざまな活動を通じて担当地区の売上（Booking）に貢献します。
また、ISRはBusiness Value Selling（BVS）の手法を活用し、商談を効果的に進展させ、成約へと導くことが期待されます。
業務には以下が含まれます：
- 製品・ソリューションのウェブプレゼンテーション
- TCO（総所有コスト）計算
- 提案書の作成・提示
- 必要に応じたPOC（概念実証）の実施
- 見積もり書の作成

- インサイドセールス環境での販売目標達成とノルマの継続的達成
- 技術・営業リソースを活用し、チャネルパートナーとの関係構築を通じて商談を成約へ導く
- チャネルパートナーと密接に連携し、収益を創出
- パイプライン管理とコンバージョン率向上への注力
- 高い活動量を維持し、大量販売に対応
- 正確な予測の提示と複数チャネルとの連携
- 顧客のビジネス目標に沿った提案書の作成と価値訴求
- 四半期・年間ベースでのアカウント戦略推進とパートナーとの協働営業
- 意思決定者へのアプローチと新規開拓の実績

- 専門的または個人的な達成経験
- 開拓から成約まで営業プロセス全体に関与する意欲と実績
- 関連分野の学士号
- 優れた口頭・書面コミュニケーション能力
- ビジネス関係構築の実績
- チャネル販売モデルの理解または経験
- BVSまたは関連するB2B営業トレーニングの修了
- 自律的に行動し、結果を出す力
- 新規機会の発掘と成約への情熱
- 優れた時間管理とマルチタスク能力、様々な営業関連活動を効率的に管理し、優先順位をつけ、柔軟に優先順位を変更できるスキルをお持ちの方。
- テクノロジーへの関心と変化を推進する姿勢
- Salesforce.comおよびMicrosoft Officeの操作スキル
- 2〜4年のB2Bテクノロジー営業経験
- 強い競争心と労働倫理、企業代表としての責任感
- 大企業とスタートアップ両方の環境での経験がある方歓迎
- ストレージ業界の知識があれば尚可
- 東京オフィスに通勤可能な地域に居住していること
