Meet the team:

The Dexcom Inside Sales Team plays a vital role in driving growth, generating leads, supporting customers, and delivering impactful training for Dexcom’s continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system. Our team connects with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs) who care for people with diabetes—leveraging video conferencing, presentation tools, phone calls, and email. We focus on increasing awareness of Dexcom’s solutions, differentiating our products from competitors, and simplifying the prescribing process to make it easier for HCPs to recommend Dexcom. 

Where you come in:

  • Educate and train HCPs on Dexcom products and services via phone, email, and video conferencing—clearly articulating our competitive advantages. 
  • Support CGM-prescribing physicians, diabetes educators, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff throughout the prescribing journey. 
  • Consistently meet quarterly sales targets and contribute to broader business objectives. 
  • Use our CRM system to identify growth opportunities, track engagement, and deliver compelling digital presentations. 
  • Stay informed on diabetes care trends, medications, healthcare regulations, and competitor activity—and apply this knowledge to drive results. 
  • Represent Dexcom at industry trade shows and events (occasional travel required).

  • You engage healthcare professionals with enthusiasm, building trust and preference for Dexcom.
