Your role in a nutshell:
The Digital Sales Specialist role is focused on managing existing SME and Public Sector customers, who have signed IOT agreements with Vodafone Germany. You will be expected to deliver best-in-class account management, ensuring that existing contractual commitments are delivered, and exceeded, working with your customers to identify and exploit whitespace to grow revenues. You will need to be able to build relationships, awareness, and trust across your base of accounts and work effectively across both internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.
