As Junior Sales Operations Manager (f/x/m) you support the continuous optimization and scaling of our sales operations by maintaining and improving our CRM systems, driving sales analytics, supporting key sales projects, and contributing to the professionalization and documentation of sales processes across markets.
  • Data Management: You enter new leads into our CRM and ensure that the correct workflows are triggered so that new leads can be optimally managed. Overall, you make sure that incorrect data is continuously deleted and that lead qualification remains at a high level.
  • CRM Optimization: Assist in continuous improvements and maintenance of our HubSpot CRM (e.g., supporting tool migrations, process automations, setting up workflows).
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Create regular sales reports and conduct in-depth analyses in cooperation with our Data Team to support strategic decision-making.
  • Project Support: Support the sales teams (field/inside/institutional) with various projects (e.g., targeted outreach campaigns).
  • AI Tools: Research and help implement AI-based tools to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Setup & Documentation: Support the setup and documentation of operational processes, e.g., for new distribution partnerships or territory management.
  • International Scaling: Assist in launching our sales operations in new markets (e.g., supporting the CRM setup for our France team).
Must Haves
  • First experience or strong interest in sales operations, business development, or CRM administration
  • Analytical skills and affinity for data-driven work (e.g., reporting, dashboards, sales analysis)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially cross-functionally with Data and Sales teams
  • Proactive, hands-on mentality and a drive for process optimization
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in German and English
Nice to Haves
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Interest in digital health or tech-driven environments
