As a Junior Salesforce CRM Administrator and Data Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operation and improvement of our Salesforce CRM platform and its connected applications. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in CRM, data management, and process optimisation who is eager to develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
You will assist with system administration, data maintenance, user support, and the delivery of enhancements across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot, and a suite of integrated tools. Working closely with the Data Services Manager and senior CRM team members, you will help ensure the accuracy of business-critical data, support adoption of best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
- Support configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot), including custom fields, page layouts, flows, and dashboards.
- Maintain user roles, permissions, profiles, and security settings.
- Assist with managing integrations, including:
- OwnBackup & Own Archive
- Cvent
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator & LinkedIn Ads
- Cognism
- ZoomInfo
- Clari Suite (Copilot, Groove, Forecast & Insight, Capture)
Data Management & Quality
- Monitor and maintain CRM data integrity, deduplication, and completeness.
- Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and enrichment activities.
- Assist in implementing processes to improve data accuracy and usability.
User Support & Training
- Provide first-line support to Salesforce and Pardot users, troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed.
- Support user onboarding, training sessions, and development of guides and documentation.
- Encourage adoption of new tools and features across commercial teams.
Reporting & Insights
- Assist with creating and updating reports and dashboards to support business performance tracking.
- Help compile data for revenue, pipeline, and marketing performance metrics.
Process Improvement
- Gather user requirements to enhance Salesforce workflows and integrations.
- Collaborate with the Data Services Manager and senior administrators to test, implement, and document system changes.
