YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Achieve sales targets and investment budgets of Key Accounts.
  • Increase the profitability of the Key accounts through implementation of activities that improve the physical and mental availability of Bayer CH brands.
  • Efficient inventory management of key accounts.
  • Monthly preparation of the forecast is based on three months onwards looking for an accuracy greater than 80% (Demand review analysis).
  • Coordinate the implementation of the activities of the key account plan, investing the resources in the most effective way.
  • Conduct business reviews every month with key accounts and establish joint action plans that improve the Sell Out of the brands at the points of sale.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering.
  • MBA (Desirable).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Sales Management, trade promotions Merchandising or related.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, skilled communicator, proactive, organized, good analytical thinker, observant of external conditions.
