Key Account Manager

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

·         Analyzing account profiles and potentials

·         Analyzing sales performance based on defined KPIs for each customer and setting up improvements

·         Strategic planning and adapting conditions of sales accordingly

·         Making timely and accurate sales forecasts to ensure optimized product availability

·         Planning sales and promotion activities

·         Increasing sales of Samsung Electronics products and achieving agreed targets

·         Active involvement in annual budgeting process

·         Negotiating annual contracts per account with the aim to optimize long-term value creation

·         Setting out targets together with the customers for each store and evaluating  results

·         Providing feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and activities of competitors

·         Coordination of all advertising and promotion activities within the accounts/region

·         Providing customers with products and performance trainings

·         Improving display share and ensuring adequate presence of products at the point of sale

·         Other tasks per direct managers request  

Skills and Qualifications

Qualification/Experience

·         University degree

·         Minimum 5 years of job experience in the area of sales/account management in relevant industry

·         Good knowledge of the market and good business sense

·         Good product knowledge

·         Driver's license B category

Knowledge

·         Upper-intermediate command of English

·         Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
