The Key Account Manager (KAM) is a field-based position covering the region described above. The KAM is responsible for successfully achieving sales targets for Dupixent (dermatology portfolio) based on a strategic business plan and sales execution.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter who will deliver on Sanofi’s promise to put patients first. Successful candidates will have demonstrated and be able to provide examples of their superior business acumen, effective management of resources and ability to achieve or surpass corporate goals and sales objectives. They will think strategically and manage their time effectively to maximize customer engagement and deliver value and solutions that are tailored to each customer.
Main Responsibilities:
Drive Dupixent growth in dermatology indications through strategic engagement with dermatologists, allergists, pediatricians, etc in the assigned geographic location
Develop strong working relationships with dermatology treating specialists to drive industry leading customer value.
Deliver on sales and brand share targets by engaging dermatology customers by executing omnichannel call plan (OCCP)
Develop and implement annual territory business plans to maximize Dupixent adoption in appropriate dermatology patients. Analyze territory data and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly
Demonstrate deep marketplace, therapeutic, product and disease expertise based on thorough understanding of rigorous scientific principles and data, including mechanism of action, indications, efficacy and safety.
Collaborate with Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Customer Marketing Lead (CML) and Head Office teams as necessary to exceed customer expectations and provide value
Work within the Sanofi Regulatory, Legal and Compliance guidelines while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Perform all required administrative duties, including expense reports and call reports.
Attend local, regional and national meetings as directed
Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time required
Evening and weekend work will be required
Complete all training programs provided by Sanofi; maintain all company property in good order
About You
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, with dermatology experience strongly preferred
Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments
Ability to operate as a “team player” in cooperation with collaboration partners and internal colleagues to reach common goals.
Strong understanding and experience working with patient support programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
Proficiency in analyzing data and developing actionable insights
Valid Ontario driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory
Preferred Qualifications:
History of executing with excellence – ie. record of exceeding sales targets, special customer initiatives, sales awards, promotions, etc.
Biologic experience strongly preferred
Demonstrate advanced clinically based selling skills
Highly organized with strong account management skills
Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups, targeting presentation to the needs of the audience
Demonstrate a passion and learning aptitude for science and is proactive in strengthening knowledge related to disease-state, treatment options and healthcare trends.

Drive the vehicle using safe driving practices, while complying with all current applicable laws and regulations, as well as all Sanofi directives.

The salary range for this position is:
$94,700.00 - $136,766.66All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
