Core Responsibilities
Lead hyper channel account management to effectively implement the LEGO Group and Business Unit strategies within key accounts.
Develop and implement strategic account plans, including store management and activation initiatives for global projects, aimed at driving business growth.
Lead key account business performance to achieve commercial results in alignment with monthly and annual sales targets.
Actively seek and develop new opportunities, including supermarket expansions and the relocation or expansion of LEGO homesites.
Create and implement exceptional customer business plans that support sustainable growth for both the LEGO Group and its customers.
Collaborate closely with local marketing, operations, and field sales teams, as well as APAC and global teams, to facilitate account-specific strategic initiatives.
Serve as the local lead for projects initiated at the local, regional, or global level.

The Hyper Channel is essential to LEGO Korea, playing a pivotal role in delivering inspiring experiences to both shoppers and consumers. It represents a strategically important avenue for our business growth, contributing significantly to both commercial success and brand building in Korea. Our ambition is to create differentiated retail experiences that effectively communicate our strong brand values to shoppers and consumers. You will take the lead in driving this vision forward by enhancing performance and developing impactful shopper journeys through store activations, while collaborating closely with key account customers and internal stakeholders.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor’s degree or above, in a business-related field or equivalent working experience
7+ years business management experience in retail or customer management, preferably with fast moving consumer business
Data literacy
Excellent strategic orientation skills with the ability to take a holistic perspective seeing the bigger picture to handle the complexities.
Agile and result-oriented mindset.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
Curious and passion for learning!
