Role Overview
The Lead Presales Consultant is a senior-level contributor who demonstrates significant expertise in presales performance criteria and applies this knowledge to deliver exceptional results. This role involves leading strategic engagements and driving differentiated execution across teams and projects
Key Responsibilities
* Consulting & Advising: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, translating complex business needs into tailored solutions.
* Demonstration & Presentation: Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations that showcase value and differentiation.
* Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor team members, and contribute to presales community development.
* Industry Expertise: Maintain deep domain knowledge in verticals such as Manufacturing, IT/ITeS, and develop repeatable solutions including executive presentations, demos, and customer stories
* Competitive Intelligence: Generate and maintain competitive analysis reports and cheat sheets to support positioning against rivals like Bluetree and Emsphere
* Migration Strategy: Analyze migration assessment reports and articulate ROI for cloud transitions, especially for UKG Pro Workforce Management
* Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with sales to influence revenue growth, support qualified opportunities, and track closed deals.
* CRM Hygiene: Ensure Salesforce is updated with accurate opportunity data, forecasts, and activity logs.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven leadership in presales engagements
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Deep understanding of UKG solutions and competitive landscape.
* Ability to manage complex solution design and articulate business value.
* Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and industry KPIs.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
